Description		Our client is a successful and leading financial service provider with excellent career prospects and uncapped bonus potential. They are currently recruiting for a confident consultant to bring in new business and develop the marketing for the pensions side of the company. There is huge potential with already a very thorough and warm database in place for PLC clients. Extensive product and process development has been already completed with market leading technology successfully in place. An excellent opportunity to work on the client development side of the business, developing the marketing and sales methods and increasing the reach of the company. You will implement new strategies and meet with potential clients to establish their needs, show them the advantages of using the business, and use your excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to gain their commitment and close sales. Once new businesses have come on board you will ensure that the profits are used wisely and you will manage the budget and sales and account planning. An excellent team player you will work with the team and other departments to develop new ideas for improving sales and effectiveness and follow up any leads. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving results and profits, well organised, able to meet targets and keep within to budget. Sales or Marketing experience is preferred and a good knowledge of pensions and business acumen is needed including new business development experience.
