Description Due to an internal restructure a management position has come about within this award winning Third Party Administrator.
It will be your responsibility to guide your team of pension’s administrators and ensure that they are fully aware of service delivery expectations, manage the workload throughout the team and effectively manage staff performance and personal and team development. It will also be your role to effectively communicate the company vision, values and lead by example. You will monitor team resources to ensure that they can work to service levels and also adhere to relevant scheme rules and FSA regulations.
Applicants must have an in-depth understanding of DB and DC schemes and possess proven team leading/management skills. You will have strong technical, legislative and regulatory experience combined with excellent communication, analytical and planning skills.
This role offers the successful applicant a great working environment and outstanding prospects.
