Description Venn Group is currently sourcing for various multi-lingual Finance Administrator positions on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing organisation

Duties:
? Matching, batching and coding of approx. 300 supplier invoices per week
? Preparing supplier payment runs for review and authorisation
? Assisting with the preparation of month end processes
? Handling general administration and ad hoc tasks to support team

Profile:
? Have a good understanding of accounting principles
? Be able to communicate in either German, Italian or Spanish
? Have a methodical approach to work
? Have a personable manner and good communication skills
