Description		Our client, a large company based in St. Neots requires an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team on a temporary basis. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of operating a computerised purchase ledger, and also has knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme and also basic VAT categories. This is a supervisory role so management experience is also desirable as is an AAT qualification. Day to day duties include: * Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Purchase Ledger, including month end processing * Responsible for all the supervision and control of the processing of all invoices and cheque requisitions * Responsible for the monitoring and control of the use of Payment Cards and Credit Cards including amending their authorised use. * Responsible for liasing with suppliers, operational managers & third parties * Ensuring that all invoices are processed in accordance with VAT legislation This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and forward thinking company on a temporary basis. The position is paying up to £16 an hour for the right candidate depending on experience.
