Description		This firm is a pre-eminent name in the South Wales region operating out of offices in the heart of Cardiff, where their highly qualified advisers provide bespoke advice to both High Net Worth individuals and corporate clients. They are renowned as taxation specialists and through this work have developed a client bank that includes sports stars and members of the entertainment industry. In order to promote the brand even further they are now looking for an experienced individual to develop their corporate portfolio. Therefore it is vital that candidates can clearly demonstrate not only an impressive background within the employee benefits market but also the passion, motivation and ability to develop both new and existing connections. The firm enjoys profitable links with many local accountancy and solicitor firms with it being expected that any new adviser would have the skills to generate new clients from this source as well as through their own networking. In house is a highly experienced fee earning team, alongside a large technical support function who hold many advanced qualifications. Whilst their reputation and income has grown, the firm are still relatively small enough for any new adviser to make a sizeable impact leading to further opportunities in the future. On offer is an employed package dependent on experience/qualifications/track record plus an opportunity to work within a successful, professional boutique IFA.
