As a recruitment consultant within the Editorial Market, experience within either recruitment, media sales or editorial is a distinct advantage. It is essential that candidates applying for this role have at least 6 months B2B sales or recruitment experience or 1 year plus industry experience. We are looking for a commercially astute individual able to communicate at all levels. An upbeat, fast paced, personality able to adapt their style is essential within this role. The editorial digital market is quite diverse therefore needing candidates who can learn quickly and be credible to both candidates and clients. A natural flair for sales is essential as well as real drive and ambition. If you are money hungry and keen to progress quickly then we are the company for you..... The Role Recruitment within any market is fast paced and this role is no different. On a daily basis you will be meeting candidates and clients, sourcing candidates through networking and referrals as well as creating and developing new business. A huge part of this role is matching candidates to clients, through interviewing and fact finding about both the person and the client you are recruiting for. You will be working on an already established desk, with prestigious clients to work with and existing relationships to build upon.
