Description		Mortgage Consultant Our client is a very well respected Property and Finance Company based in the Stockport area. They are currently looking to attract a suitably skilled candidate to the position of Overseas Mortgage Consultant within their mortgage department. Mortgage Consultant Job Role:- This firm are looking for a self starter with good experience in two or more overseas mortgage markets ideally Turkey,which is of considerable interest, or Italy, Cyprus, Eastern Europe or Switzerland although other territories may be considered. The role reports into the Overseas Mortgage Manager. The successful applicant will be dealing with telephone, email and internet enquiries from clients in the UK wishing to purchase property overseas, a key element of this role will be the advising and selling mortgage products to them for these purchases, plus liaising with the firm�s UK mortgage arm to assist in re-mortgages to raise deposits for the above purchases. A critical part of the role also will be establishing contacts and building rapport within financial institutions in the chosen territories. You will also be in charge of other areas including the database administration, office supplies and assisting with advertising projects and marketing for your territories. Personal Attributes:- � Customer facing and sales experiences are pre-requisites. � Excellent English Language skills with fluency in other languages with equivalent written skills. � Good IT Skills. � Confident, articulate and able to work on own initiative. � Hard working with the ability to multi-task. � IT Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be a distinct advantage. � Professional telephone manner and very customer focussed. � Living in the south Manchester area or able to relocate here quickly. Benefits:- � Basic salary of �17,000 to �20,000. � Commission to take the role to circa �35K OTE. � Monday to Friday role, based around office hours. � Holidays to be discussed at interview.
