Description		Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Desk / Support Analyst to work in the Ripon office. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the successful operation of the Service Desk function for the centre including participating in the Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change and Release processes as required. The main duties will include adhering to the Service Desk process, feeding into change, incident and problem reviews, adhering to the incident management process etc. The successful candidate will have Service Desk, Help Desk, or Customer Service experience, attention to detail, strong communication skills are essential. Experience or knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous.
