Exciting opportunity to join this well-established organization based in Berkshire as a Product Manager working closely with the US.

About The Role
* Use market research and competitive analysis to deliver product and services strategy
* Customer advocate: communicate issues to the UK business and Overseas Product Development team. Use net promoter surveys, complete “follow me home” interviews, feedback from customer care and bug logs to prioritise local issues and improve product positioning
* Own the language, legislation, tax and payroll compliance issues in-product as well as all accreditation with local bodies
* Support customer care and sales as necessary to include training on new products and providing demos/briefings etc.
* Develop and oversee the production of the reviewers guide
* Provide localisation of in-product registration surveys, Activation Business rules, IKC management, EULA, Sample data files, User Guide and Quick Start Guide.
* Provide input and co-ordinate with the Creative Services team for artwork relating to retail boxes, cached pages, and other in-product artwork. Ensure timely delivery to suppliers.
