Description		A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-known, market-leading Media Group. This company are looking for an Account Sales Manager to manage their online travel department. They are based in excellent new offices in a great location and offer a great benefits package, an onsite gym and free BUPA healthcare. A �22k salary goes up to �24k after 3 months and there is a fantastic bonus scheme in place 100% of your salary and company car or allowance with a mobile phone. As an Account Sales Manager your responsibilities will include: - Achieving maximum revenues for media group whilst maintain minimum set yields and ratios. - Selling section specific advertising, maximising incoming business, existing and new - Dealing with advertising agencies, businesses and private advertisers - Working with editorial, marketing and production to produce the best supplements and sections for readers and attract new readers - Recruiting, training and developing advert sales and non-sales staff - Checking adverts comply with NPA guidelines and in-house styles To be a successful Account Sales Manager you will ideally have: - Understanding of the online travel market - Media sales experience gained in an online travel environment - A proven sales background - Strong interpersonal skills - A flexible, adaptable, tenacious and creative personality In return you will receive a salary of �22k rising to a possible �24k after 3 months as well as joining a bonus scheme that can earn you up to 100% of your salary and have 25 days holiday rising to 30 after 3 years.
