Description Our client is a well established Broker who are predominantly Commercial Insurance Brokers (85%)-Balance of (15%) connected personal lines.
The job role will be:
* To work within the insurance department, responding to customer needs and requirements in an appropriate manner. This will relate to all types of commercial insurance risks.
* To produce correspondence and general responses in order to provide a speedy and efficient service to customers.
* To assist the firm in securing new business by processing new business enquiries with client visits if necessary.
* To assist the firm in securing renewal of existing policies by negotiating with insurers and the client and remarketing the risk if necessary.
* To deal with mid term adjustments.
* To process claims and liase with insurers and loss adjusters to ensure a swift settlement.
* To generally assist a partner in the expansion of the commercial insurance department which equates to 85% of the premium income of the firm.
