Description Package: Basic Salary from £22,000 to £25,000, + Large Town Allowance, with a 1st year OTE of c£35,000, top earners in excess of £40,000, Pension, Life Cover, 28 Days Holiday + other benefits.

My client is one of the most respected High Street Banks in the UK and a considerable Mortgage Lender, with branches through the UK and Ireland. Due to a significant National expansion they are now looking to recruit a CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Adviser in Bath.

As an in-branch Mortgage Adviser, you’ll be responsible for all Mortgage and Associated Life activity within the branch but with strong admin support and in some cases a Trainee to assist and extensive state-of-the-art IT. As with all bancassurance positions, your success will depend on how well you communicate with the branch staff, offering training, advice and support to maximise the referral process. Mortgage applications are drawn in from two UK Contact Centres, as well as walk-ins, access to the extensive 22 millions customer database and your own networking activity.

The ideal candidate will be coming from a face-2-face mortgage selling position where you’ll currently be meeting or exceeding your sales targets. You will be full CeMAP and have at least 12 months in Mortgage Advice Sales.
