Description		Our client is a one of the largest firms in the UK and has a sizeable CF team, which is expanding due to increasing work volumes. There is flexibility in exactly what level you will fit-in within the existing structure, however it is likely that you will report to the associate director or one of the senior managers initially. Core responsibilities will include: Advising, arranging or assisting clients with - acquisition or disposal matters, mergers/de-mergers or reorganisation, raising equity and debt finance, preparation and distribution of business plans, profile and sales memoranda. Ad hoc advisory work � capital requirements, borrowing profile and fund raising, investment and dividend policies, and shareholder relations etc On a personal level you must be able to build rapport with internal and external associates and have the ability to gain referred work from other professionals in the community.
