Description		Our client, a well recognized and established Building Society is currently seeking an Area Mortgage Advisor to work from their Chalfont St Peters Branch. The main focus of the role will be the provision of first class service to customers ensuring that products sold fully meet the customers needs whilst achieving best practice and full industry compliance at all times and maintaining a positive and business focused working relationship with the team at all levels. Working with both new and existing customers candidates will need to be target focused in order to meet pre-determined KPI�s, will possess excellent attention to details and the ability to effectively build rapport, putting the customer at ease from the outset. This is a challenging role and although the ideal candidate will be well experienced and hold CeMap 1,2 & 3 we may be able to consider part qualified candidates as long as they have some practical experience. The basic salary will be between �17,000 and �19,000 subject to experience + �authorized advisor� allowance (�2k) + London Weighting (�2,655) + Travel �uplift� (�1k) + fuel + quarterly and annual branch performance bonus (up to 20% of salary) OTE �27-28,000 + benefits. Working hours are currently agreed at 35 per week, Monday � Friday + rota�d Saturdays. Application via CV and covering e-mail
