Our client is a well established Commercial and Personal lines Broker with the backing of one of the UK's largest Insurance networks. As Personal Lines Manager you will:

Oversee the administration and servicing of new and existing personal lines clients by the personal lines department.
Be responsible and accountable for the retention, maintenance and growth of the personal lines account and to meet monthly and annual targets.
Oversee the management and leadership of the department.
Ensure that you and your team maintain thorough and accurate computer records of all events during the renewal, mid-term adjustment and new business processes.
Foster good working relationships with insurance companies by a regular liaison with account managers.
You will have 5 years personal lines experience of which 2 years will be in a management or supervisory capacity.
