My client is currently looking for a travel claims handler to work in there offices in Southend.

Main Duties
* Reading travel policies in order to correctly asses claims
* Responsible for the ultimate claims review and acceptance for any payments to be made.
* Letter writing and issuing cheques in settlement of claims.
* Liasing with the insured and the insurance company via telephone, e-mail and letter.
* All aspects of claim handling

The successful candidate will be computer literate and have at least a years experience working in a travel claims environment.
