Description		jd439 National Affinity Development Manager South In Circa of £35,000 Our client, a leading car finance company is looking for a National Affinity Development Manager to provide profitable streams of new business into the company by the development of affinity relationships. This position will require you to travel across the country on a regular basis. Duties will include: · Ensure effective relationships are developed and maintained in order to achieve business objectives and resolve any broker/customer problems · Ensure the relationships comply to and practice all current legislation and compliance · Work closely with Partnership Development team to source new introductions · Hold regular review meetings with all key business sources to further develop relations and secure additional business · Be fully aware of competition trends/moves within market and keep the Operations Manager appraised of any impact on business · Generate accurate and timely MI and month end data collation for accurate introducer payments Successful candidates will have: · Strong interpersonal skills, customer focused · Ability to negotiate and develop long term relationships · Proven communication skills and ability to plan ahead Working Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. In return our client offers an excellent package of a basic salary in circa of £35,000 with benefits including 25 days holiday, company car, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
