Requirements:
My client are looking for a professional Technical Claims Negotiator who will be setting up and administering New Claims liaising with Clients, Brokers, Service Providers, Third Parties and their Representatives.
Assessing Underwriting records and other relevant documents to assist with indemnity enquiries.
Maintaining allocated Caseload of Claims.
Negotiating Settlement of Claims on the best terms possible following thorough research of all facts, giving Best Advice and general Cover on Telephones.
Experience and Skills:
Ideally the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Modern Claims Practice, Insurance Policies, Procedures, Case Law and Personal Injury Valuations supported by good Academic Qualifications.
They should demonstrate a pro-active approach to Claims settlement and have strong communication, decision making and negotiation skills with the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Excellent Customer Service and Computer Literacy skills are also expected.
The office hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
