Description

Our client is a well-established accident claims company for over 15 years.
Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit Claims Handlers to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent.
As a Claims Handler you would be responsible for the client’s claim from submission to settlement. Ensuring that as part of your role you would be responsible for providing replacement vehicle solutions for the duration of the claim.
Knowledge of motor accident claims and the insurance industry would be essential and knowledge of credit hire an advantage.
Key Skills – Good communication and telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Friendly, team player. Initiative and flair.
