Group Finance Manager required for a large FTSE 100 client in based in the Heathrow area.

We are currently recruiting a Group Finance Manager for Financial Performance and Planning.

You will manage locally the governance processes of the management reporting and business planning including the production of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting in addition to the company's annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a team of six people
- Reviewing and challenging the budget and business performance
- Help develop new, and enhance existing, reporting and financial information products
- Support the maintenance of a suite of core processes to support the central finance activities
- Work with the CFO and Executive board to understand and communicate financial and operational targets

The successful candidate will be a Business graduate and qualified Accountant. You will have a thorough understanding of group management reporting and business planning with the ability to apply that knowledge to provide solutions and commercial context. Excellent attention to detail is vital as is the ability to communicate with all levels. You will be highly numerate with strong commercial aptitude and have an understanding of complex financial accounting and consolidation.
