Deputy Team Leader of one of 2 teams working under delegated authority on fast and multi-track RTA PI cases.

Report line to Team Leader of whole team.
Team made up of 3 - 4 fee earners of varying skill and experience levels - from Trainee Legal Assistants to Solicitors.
Full time position - Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm.

Applicants must have experience of:
People management
Personal Injury - RTA claims.
Ideally defendant, but will look at claimant backgrounds.
Litigation - although if very experienced and from an insurer rather than a legal firm then my client would be happy to look at details.
Fast and multi-track claims and be able to quote quantum for basic injuries at interview.
