Household Claims Advisor - West Sussex - up to £17,000
Our client is actively seeking a professional individual to join their validation team you will be involved in managing your own claims files, whilst working within a team.
You will be responsible for managing claims proactively and meeting reasonable team and individual targets. You will identify genuine and high risk claims and conclude cases through to settlement.
Whilst assessing risk you will be required to contact customers in order to evidence your findings and whilst demonstrating the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Review new claims and make initial contacts to acquire essential information within agreed timescales and service standards
Speak directly with customers and record a detailed account of loss
Circumstances are gathered using established company methods and are converted to text narrative within the claims system
Evaluate claim information and assess the degree of risk
Skills required:
Ability to prioritize, organise and plan work for self and others under pressure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Due to the location of the role own transport is essential..
