Our client is seeking a new Financial Accountant responsible for all aspects of financial accounting.
The Company has a first class worldwide reputation and its products are known to discerning customers throughout the world with its head office in Kent.
The role will play a key part in the development and control of business operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Monthly Management reporting for two subsidiaries
Assist auditors with statutory reporting and corporation tax computation
Assisting with annual budgetary process
Calculate quarterly corporation tax liability
Produce ad hoc reports as required.
The position will also include responsibility for general ledgers, payroll, receivable and payable accounts and maintenance and monitoring of financial systems with SAP.
The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, be AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA.
In addition to the above skills the business will require an individual that will provide support and will inspire colleagues and be able to build effective working relationships and have a fair and ethical manner towards others. They will be an excellent communicator who will demonstrate a positive ‘can do' attitude when carrying out their duties.
