Assistant Finance Manager / Credit Manager / Sales Ledger

Our client is the world leader in serving science, enabling their customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Finance professional to provide support in the day to day running of the Finance Department ensuring efficient and effective processing of financial transactions.
This is a challenging role and on a daily basis you will:
Manage and develop a team of 5 Credit Controllers.
Be accountable for carrying out credit risk assessments and developing and implementing processes and procedures.
Looking after the administration of a Sales Ledger with over 3,000 active accounts.
Take responsibility for the management reporting.
To be successful you will have previously worked and excelled within a financial environment and have previous Credit Management experience gained within a medium to large company. Possessing strong leadership and staff management skills and the ability to review processes and implement process improvement are a must. You should have excellent IT skills in order to assist with the development of finance systems and the ability to communicate with passion and persuasion to build effective relationships.
