Our client in Edinburgh, whose offices we have visited many times, has an urgent need for a high calibre, professional Compliance and Risk Manager / Supervisor to manage, lead and direct a small team with international responsibility for risk, audits, compliance and policy.

Working closely with the financial operations team and playing a key role within the organisation, it is expected that the successful individual will have solid compliance and risk experience either as a team leader or supervisor looking for the next career step up, or an existing manager looking to broaden their compliance, quality and risk experience within a global yet smaller company. Excellent interpersonal skills, a degree level education, relationship management and compliance skills pre requisite.

Previous experience of FSA compliance and risk within fund management, banking, 3rd party administrators or stockbroking highly advantageous.
