A well known global client is looking to create a new team in this highly respected organisation.

About You

- Experience working in investment administration roles, on behalf of a fund manager, fund service provider, fund platform provider, pension provider, and/or custodian.
- Demonstrable track record in Advisers and / or end-client servicing within financial services.
- Client servicing experience within a retail financial services operation
- Desirable but not essential is experience in dealing with other third parties within financial services.
- General knowledge and awareness of UK retail financial services, including investment products, tax wrappers, financial planning, regulatory environment, intermediated distribution, financial instruments, and the systems and controls required for efficient and accurate investment administration.
Qualifications:

- Educated to a minimum of GCSE-level, and holding a minimum of 5 GCSEs.
- Working experience in Investments.
- Relevant Financial Services Qualifications – FPC, IMC, IAQ Level 3 desirable.
- It is essential that the role holder is willing to study for any further relevant professional qualifications

About The Role
This team of administrators will support the placement of all asset deals and holdings, albeit supported by a high level of system functionality. This will include holdings within the Corporate Investment Platform, ISIPP, Corporate SIPP, Corporate ISA and General Investment Account.
At a high level this role is required to oversee and occasionally arrange the placement of deals, and also to ensure that we maintain the communication of corporate events to clients. This team will also support re-registration of assets onto the platform.
Additionally, during the pre-launch phase of the corporate platform, this individual will be required to provide significant input into the creation of processes and systems that meet operational needs. This will continue post-launch as there are staggered release dates and the platform will be evolved on an ongoing basis.
