You will have the opportunity to be involved in servicing all aspects of new business, renewals and adjustments. Responding to a high volume of enquiries by 'phone. Providing quotations, obtaining most competitive terms from a panel of insurers.
Issuing renewals, re-broking as required. Processing amendments and adjustments to policies.

A confident telephone manner is important, with the ability to accurately identify client requirements.

Summary: At least 1 years Motor and Household broking experience. Knowledge of other aspects of Personal Lines is an advantage - Travel Insurance, Motor Cycle, Personal Accident, Caravans, Pet etc is an advantage.
