A leading group based in Bristol is recruiting for a strong team manager to motivate and develop a busy and expanding team. Your remit is to take responsibility for overseeing the reconciliation of bank accounts, assisting with the prevention of fraud or financial liability, and for ensuring that all the bank accounts are fully and correctly reconciled. Responsibilities will include working with the team to sort out any issues with the accounts, liaising with various departments to resolve these issues, assisting the Finance Manager with monthly reporting requirements and to make sure that the reporting for the bank accounts is timely and accurate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will have previous line management experience in a large accounting team. You will have a solid understanding of finance and its impact on a commercial business and will view this role as a step up in your career.
