Branch Sales & Banking Advisor

Our Client is a highly respected corporate company within the banking and building society network who pride themselves on customer satisfaction and service. They are currently looking for a driven sales and service individual to join their existing strong branch based team. The person would provide an excellent level of service to the bank’s members, identifying and satisfying their needs across the Society’s full range of products and services.
The Job
• To work within a branch based environment as part of a driven team.
• Sales and providing excellent service of non regulated products.
• Dealing with general service enquiries and complaints handling.
• To deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer service, sales, transactional and transactional processing in line with agreed service levels.
• Face to face customer contact and discussions to establish their needs and to gain quality leads.
• Ensuring the customer needs are met at every level.
• Providing very high levels of professional customer service.
• Ability to develop long term customer relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, sales and building relationships in order to grow the business.
• Ensure personal targets and branch targets are met.
• Consistently and proactively looking at all opportunities and ensuring sales and service targets are met.
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of Financial Services.
The Person
• 4 GCSE’s (‘C’ grade and above) including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• A proven track record of selling and meeting branch targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Able to produce evidence of sales achievements.
• Experience of working effectively as part of a high performing team.
• Banking & Financial Services Knowledge.
• Understanding of the culture of Islam.
• Languages to reflect the community area.
