Senior Personal Banking Advisor
Based – Foleshill
Salary £15500.00 - £18000.00 Basic + Allowance & Overtime + Excellent Annual Bonus & Corporate Benefits

Our Client is a highly respected corporate company within the banking and building society arena who pride themselves on customer satisfaction and service. They are currently looking for a driven sales individual to join their existing strong branch based team. The person would provide an excellent level of service to the Society's members, identifying and satisfying their needs across the Society’s full range of products.

The Job
• To work within a branch based environment as part of a driven team.
• Face to face customer appointments to establish their needs through a full fact find.
• Ensuring the customer needs are met at every level.
• Providing very high levels of professional customer service.
• Ability to develop long term customer relationships.
• Management of own diary and appointments.
• Proven track record within Financial Services Sales.
• Ensure personal targets and branch targets are met.
• Ensuring all referrals and leads are passed to Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors.
• Working within a team based environment to develop all leads and opportunities.
• Consistently and proactively looking at all opportunities and ensuring sales and service targets are met.
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
• Contacting clients with news of new financial products.

The Person
• A proven track record of selling and meeting branch targets.
• Able to produce evidence of sales achievements.
• Banking & Financial Services Knowledge.
• Knowledgeable with regulations (FSA).
