Financial Adviser – CAS Status

Based – Aberdeen

Fully CEFA or FPC Qualified & CAS Status

Basic Salary £28K - £30K + Bonus OTE £ 65K + Company Car (High Spec Level) + Corporate Package





Our Client A Leading High Street Name within the retail banking are looking to recruit fully qualified Financial Advisors to work for a large Multi National Banking Organisation who are currently expanding their operation nationally.

This Client is supporting all their Advisors through the Diploma.

Financial Advisers to provide clients with advice on financial matters, making recommendations on ways to utilise money. The role involves advising clients on products and services available, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale.

The Job
• Offering clients a number of products within a multi tied environment.
• Contacting clients and setting up meetings within an office environment.
• Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.
• Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
• Designing financial strategies.
• Providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
• Assisting clients to make informed decisions.
• Talking to groups and individuals about personal finance.
• Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products.
• Promoting and selling financial products to meet given/negotiated sales targets.
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
• Producing financial reports.
• Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation regarding their savings and investments.

The Person
• Must be a fully qualified Financial Adviser with CAS Status.
• A proven track record of selling and meeting targets.
• Able to produce evidence of sales achievements.
• Bank Assurance Knowledge.
• Knowledgeable with regulations (FSA).
