Financial Advisors – Fully CEFA or FPC Qualified with CAS Status

To work for a large Multi National Organisation within bank assurance, currently expanding their operation nationally.

The Package £24K - £30K Basic – Excellent Earning Potential with an Outstanding OTE £55K + Corporate Package with Fantastic Prospects

This Client is financing & supporting all their Advisors through the Diploma.

Financial Advisers to provide clients with advice on financial matters, making recommendations on ways to utilise money. The role involves advising clients on products and services available, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale.

The Job
• Offering clients a number of products within a multi tied environment.
• Contacting clients over the telephone.
• Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.
• Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
• Working within an office based environment.
• Providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
• Assisting clients to make informed decisions.
• Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products.
• Promoting and selling financial products to meet given/negotiated sales targets.
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
• Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation regarding their savings and investments.

The Person
• Must be a fully qualified Financial Adviser with CAS Status.
• A proven track record of selling and meeting targets.
• Able to produce evidence of sales achievements.
• Bank Assurance Knowledge.
• Knowledgeable with regulations (FSA).
