A well established organisation based in Solihull is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team for a period of two months with the strong possibility of extension after that.
It is essential for this position that you have previous Purchase Ledger experience with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Duties include:
- Matching, batching and coding up to 200 invoices per day
- Performing statement and bank reconciliations
- Conducting BACS, CHAPS and cheque payment runs
- Handling and resolving any supplier queries
- General administration duties
