A well known organisation based in Coventry is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team for a period of six months with the strong possibility of going permanent after that.
It is essential for this position that you have previous Purchase Ledger experience teamed with excellent communication and MS Excel skills. Being a fluent French speaker is also essential for the role.
Duties include:
- Matching, batching and coding up to 150 invoices per day
- Performing statement and bank reconciliations
- Conducting BACS, CHAPS and cheque payment runs
- Handling and resolving complex supplier queries
- General ad hoc administration duties
