My client is a leading IFA organisation specialising in pensions investment savings and life assurance sales.



As part of their development of their life sales division, they currently seek an experienced sales manager to further develop a top performing telephone based team.



Reporting in at board level you will be responsible for a team of 12 desk based, professional Life Assurance Sales Consultants, responsible for training and motivation, incentives and ultimately achieving and exceeding targets as set out by the board.



To apply for this role you will have worked within a sales management position within a telephone based environment in financial services, ideally holding the FPC qualification or equivalent.
