JAVA ANALYST PROGRAMMER x 2

This is FTSE listed client are seeking for a Java Programmer to join there well established IT department.

You will be heavily involved in the application development in Java technology. You will survey the current application and software development methods across the organisation as well as acting as a technical consultant on application development issues when required. This role requires a strong application development background in Java

To be considered in this role you must have a background in the following areas:

Java and associated technologies - J2EE, JSP, Struts, Javascript, etc.
Develop design standards, methods and technical strategies.
Ability to identify short term plans and quick wins
