We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Clerk for a permanent position in Stoke on Trent, with hours of Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm for a salary of £15,000-£18,000 p.a TO START IN FEBRUARY 2010

A small friendly team, prestigious offices with a respected and high net worth client & customer base. This company are members of the broker network.
Duties:
Generate revenue through inbound enquiries and leads, providing a professional service in compliance with the FSA
Covering all aspects of business development including: New business, Renewals, Mid term adjustments, Claims, Queries, Premium financing agreements
Achieving and maintaining the highest levels of customer service, maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with your colleagues and clients
Actively seeking new business through company marketing, the company website and common sense

Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role
You must be able to demonstrate effectiveness in generating new business over the telephone and recognising any opportunities for business
The ability to work to targets and seek to exceed the company’s expectations
