Branch Sales Consultant - Brighton

Our client is a leading building society and is looking to recruit a sales focused, target orientated individual to work in a branch environment. The role will involve selling the societies product range, as well as generating sales opportunities for other specialist members of the team. The company provide excellent training and progression opportunities, such as a Fast Track Management programme and the opportunity to undertake nationally recognised qualifications like CEMAP. Great sales performance will also be rewarded with bonuses.

This branch won branch of the year for the building society last year and is keen to retain this title. As such, candidates must have experience working in a face to face targeted sales environment and be committed to providing an excellent level of customer service, as well as being hardworking and loyal. Finance experience would also be an advantage. A minimum of Grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English is essential, as is basic IT skills.

Hours of work are Mon - Friday 9am -5pm (35 hours) and 3 out of 4 Saturdays 9am - 12am.

The salary for this position is £16407 with an OTE of £20021
