Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Salary to 25k + Benefits & Bonus
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Handler for a leading independent insurance brokerage based in Warrington. Responsibilities shall include:-
* Take instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover from clients and account executives
* Check policy documents, (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients
* Ensure that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed
* Be able to handle the invoicing of premiums due and to assist with effective credit control in respect of allocated clients
* Prepare quotations both for new and renewal business
* Manage renewal process, placing cover on best terms where appropriate
* Preparation of renewal reports, renewal invitations and new business quotations
* Undertake training in line with agreed objectives and keep up-to-date with technical, legal and market developments
To be successful you will need to have skills gained in all areas of commercial insurance. The successful candidate will be supporting a team of Account Executives on a day to day basis. Dealing with new business quotations, renewals and amendments, the role will be varied and there will be excellent opportunities for progression. Salary will dependant on experience and Insurance qualifications. The successful candidate must be able to use MS Office have accurate data input skills and knowledge of Open GI would be advantageous.
