A very successful and forward thinking local property company are looking for an experienced accounts assistantYou will be part of a supportive and sociable team conducting a wide range of different and interesting tasks.
Duties include
To ensure accurate and timely accounting information is supplied
Checking invoices for correct period and scheme
Maintaining nominal ledgers Adjusting year-end accounts and applying accruals and prepayments
Reconcile bank account, debtors and creditors.
Preparation of annual financial statements and audit pack for presentation to auditors.
Preparation of adjustments
Liaising with auditors to resolve queries.
Analysing financial data.
Down loading data from the ledger and manipulating as required.
QualificationsAccountancy Qualification-
PQ AAT- desirable
Ms Excel Skills- essential
Computer literacy
Required Experience
General understanding of accounting practices
Preparation of accounts
Knowledge of Budgets
Good Attitude with an excellent personality
Excel skills -pre requisite
