Opportunity to build a new team.
Responsible for managing and controlling a number of teams of PI Negotiators and motor claims handlers ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective level of service.
You are likely to have a number of years experience in PI vlaims and will have been responsible for supervising, motivating and coaching members of a team and be able to demonstrate full understanding of policy cover and claims processes and procedures. Ideally you will have managed workflow and either hold or are working toward CII examinations.
