We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, customer driven individuals to work in our Premier banking call centre in Swansea.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Essential
•Proven sales/communication skills in a customer driven environment
•Strong rapport building
•Strong influencing skills
•Ability to overcome objections
•Empathetic
•Good IT Skills; email Internet explorer, word and excel are essential.
•Experience in managing a customer portfolio/ CRM.
•Extremely focused and self motivated.
•Strong time management skills
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Desirable
•Strong sales techniques such as Buying Facilitation Model
•Previous banking experience
•Contact centre experience not essential, however strong telephony skills essential
•Understanding of the current banking environment coupled with an understanding of the global financial situation
•Understanding of basic marketing and segmentation of customers into value groups
Main duties of successful applicants:
•Handling inbound Premier calls
•Dialler activity
•Individual reviews to establish customer needs
Hours are 7am-11pm Monday-Friday and will be required to work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday every 6 weeks. Salary £15,500 plus 6 monthly bonus. Excellent additional benefits available.
