Premier Direct Relationship Officer

Salary range £18,000 to £23,000 (Plus performance bonus)

10 weeks full time training programme
Training hours are:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Working Pattern:
Monday – Sunday 08.00am – 10.00pm (Working Monday – Sunday on a rotating shift basis, 8 hour shift).

Role & Responsibility:

•Contacting new Premier customers to welcome them and arrange individual reviews.
•Conducting individual reviews at pre-arranged times with existing Premier customers to assess their needs.
•Scheduling calls to Premier clients
•Taking inbound calls from Premier clients relating to their individual needs
•Introducing services and products to enhance Premier client’s portfolio.

Skills required

•Banking or finance experience required
Proven sales/communication skills in a customer driven environment; strong sales techniques, strong rapport building; influencing skills; ability to overcome objections coupled with extremely high level of customer relationship management.
•Extremely focused and self motivated
•Strong time management skills
•Strong IT skills
•Able to recognise opportunities for cross sales.
•Previous experience within a customer service/sales environment is essential
•Flexible and receptive to change.
•Able to work to challenging but achievable targets.
