Recruiting immediately for an experienced Policy Manager from a Motor Insurance background!

Main responsibilities of the role will be to manage the Policy Operations Teams (Policy Services, Admin and Quality Assurance ), to deliver the business plan to meet growth plans and applicable service level agreements, ensuring Compliance, regulatory and budget conformity.

You will need the following:
• Good supervisory skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Insurance practice, regulatory and legal requirements
• Experience of managing and adapting communication systems
• Excellent customer complaint handling and resolution skills
• Ability to mentor and train
• Excellent understanding of the Motor Insurance Database procedure/process
