An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Insurance Sales Executive to join this leading Insurance Broker based in Aberdeen.
As a Sales Executive you will use your expertise in creating and generating leads from an existing prospect database as well as developing a robust new prospect pipeline to ensure you hit your sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Creation and generation of leads from an existing prospect database
• Development of leads to successful conclusion
• Management and maintenance of database system
• Self generate prospect meetings and liaise with Contact Management team to create further sales appointments
• Work with Account Executive and underwriting team to develop winning proposals for prospects
• Grow and develop prospect pipeline so that it is robust enough to hit sales targets
• Meet and exceed new sales targets through acquisition of in-scope business

Skills & Experience
• Experience in an Insurance Broker or Insurer or Financial Services is essential
• Proven sales skills & new business generation
• Excellent communicator
• Team player
• Attention to detail and quality- 'right first time' mentality
• IT & systems literate
