Human Resources Front Office Recruiter
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a market leading Asset Management company for a Human Resources Front Office Recruiter. This role sits within a fast paced and demanding team and will include working directly with the business and business partners on the full recruitment cycle. This role will provide the successful candidate with a wealth of valuable experience.
The objectives of the Human Resources Front Office Recruiter are to ensure recruitment policies and procedures are best practice, cost and time efficient recruitment.
The main accountabilities are:
? Manage all permanent Front Office recruitment
? Liaise and guide line managers to ensure thorough and accurate job specifications are produced according to best practice
? Advise managers in regards to current market conditions
? Perform competency based interviews for senior level candidates
? Produce management information to influence how the business recruits
? Provide advice on efficient recruitment strategies
In addition to experience of all of the above in order to be considered for this excellent opportunity the successful Human Resources Front Office Recruiter must have prior knowledge and experience of:
? Solid end to end Front Office recruitment
? In-house recruitment
? Competency based interviewing
You must have gained this experience within a financial services environment either in house or through a consultancy.
