Package- £14500.00 - £16500.00 Per Annum + Saturday Supplements + Bonus & Corporate Benefits

The person would provide an excellent level of service to the Society's members, identifying and satisfying their needs across the Society’s full range of products and services.

The Job
• To work within a branch based environment as part of a driven team.
• Cashiering, cash management, administration and ATM servicing.
• Face to face customer contact and discussions to establish their needs and to gain quality leads.
• Ensuring the customer needs are met at every level.
• Providing very high levels of professional customer service.
• Ability to develop long term customer relationships.
• Proven track record within Customer Service.
• Ensure personal targets and branch targets are met.
• Ensuring all referrals and leads are passed to Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors.
• Working within a team based environment to develop all leads and opportunities.
• Consistently and proactively looking at all opportunities and ensuring sales and service targets are met.
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of Financial Services.
• Contacting clients with news of new financial products.

The Person
• A proven track record of high levels of customer service.
• Ability to embrace new challenges and drive themselves forward to develop their career prospects.
• Retails Sales experience with the proven ability to demonstrate working to sales or store targets.
• Banking & Financial Services Knowledge advantageous but not essential.
