We are looking for the next director of the Richmond Group who has the passion, drive and ambition to really make things happen. Your route to the top will involve working on real-life business challenges, creating and leading projects, recruiting top level staff and making decisions as a real business owner.

Working with the Director of Special Projects and multi-skilled project teams from across the group, your primary area of responsibility will be the research, development and maintenance of both new businesses and existing projects. You will need to be enthusiastic and able to analyse the UK financial market place, understanding what your potential customers need and then constantly monitor and improve the business to deliver the best possible results.

Direct experience of this type of role is not essential but you will have the hunger and passion to make you a great entrepreneur and to be part of something truly special. You will have strong sales and interpersonal skills; IT skills/experience would be advantageous.

Starting as a project manager, you should be looking to fast track your career to the top – those who shy from responsibility and hard work need not apply! Your role will be tough but rewarding, and although we will offer extensive training we expect you to come into the role with the drive to begin your progression immediately - think “The Apprentice” by the seaside.
