HR Experience:
-Maintain personal file and records
-Prepare offer letters
-Keep all HR documents
-Inductions
-Keep us up-to-date with all legislation
-Company notifications & announcements
-Arrange disciplinaries
-Employee Terms & Conditions
-Staff Welfare
-Organise training courses & accommodation
H & S
-Risk Assessments for main site - annually
-Health & Safety procedures
-Point of contact for EHO
-Keep all waste Disposal documentation - legal requirement
-Ensure we comply with Government Legislation
-Waste Management License
-Maintenance of alarms
-Maintenance of premise
Company Statistics
Produce the following graphs/reports as required:
-Invoiced Sales Target
-Aged Debtors
-Ages Creditors
-Cost of Sales
-Materials
General Admin
-Phone Calls
-Phone messages
-Diary entries
-Correspondence
-Post
-Filing
-Maintaining company records i.e company minutes
-Compiling reports
-Taking and producing minutes
-Organising minutes
-Power Point presentation
-Take all sales calls for H7S and HR
-Company Health/Medical insurance
-Production Hours
-Employee of the month-certification & voucher
