The Company:
I am working solely on behalf of my client who is an established and friendly firm of Chartered Accountants. They have two Partners and 9 staff in total, situated in a lovely office just outside Chichester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior accountant, who would enjoy a challenging and exciting role managing a team in an expanding firm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Partners, you will be responsible for managing a small team, this will involve overseeing and reviewing the preparation of accounts for small and medium sized businesses, as well as being involved in audit and all areas of personal and business taxation. You will also be actively involved in their Practice development, as they constantly strive to add value to the service they can offer to their clients. You will be required to work well under pressure and use to working to tight deadlines.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be either a Chartered or Certified Accountant, with at least 4 years post qualified mixed practice experience.
You will be well presented with excellent communication skills, driven, punctual and trustworthy with a good sense of humour.
You must have an excellent knowledge and recent experience of using Sage and IRIS software.
Have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.
